The rules for using PinPoint Leads, including billing, data retention, and outreach compliance.

PinPoint Leads LLC ("PinPoint", "we", "us") provides AI-powered lead generation and outreach tools. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you use PinPoint on behalf of a company, you represent you have authority to bind that company.
PinPoint searches Google Places in real time, scrapes public websites, verifies emails via Hunter.io, verifies phones via Twilio Lookup, and scores leads /10. Leads scoring below 6/10 are not delivered. We do not guarantee sales outcomes or conversion rates.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share credentials outside your organization.
Pricing: Pay-per-lead $1.00/lead (credits never expire); Starter $39/mo for 200 leads; Pro $99/mo for 600 leads; Business $249/mo for 2,000 leads. Unused monthly leads expire at the end of the billing month. Pay-per-lead credits do not expire. All sales are final and non-refundable. Stripe processes payments and subscription changes.
Delivered leads include business name, contact details, score /10, and AI research summaries. You may use delivered leads for your own outreach and sales activities. You may not resell our leads as a standalone product or reuse them to build a competing database.
You must comply with applicable laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, TCPA). PinPoint provides unsubscribe links and auto-stops follow-ups on reply, but you are responsible for honoring opt-outs and sending lawful messages using accurate sender information.
We store your account data, delivered leads, campaigns, analytics, and Unibox history to operate the service and prevent duplicates. If a subscription is cancelled, we retain client data for at least 90 days to support reactivation and historical access. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect and protect personal data.
Do not abuse the platform, attempt to scrape or reverse engineer our systems, interfere with other users, or use PinPoint to send harmful, deceptive, or illegal communications. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features and pricing may change; material changes will be communicated in advance where practical.
PinPoint is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the fees you paid to PinPoint in the past 3 months. We are not liable for lost profits, revenue, or indirect damages.
